Dream River Ranch is the vision of six people, who decided that combining their resources could make their dreams of an intentional horse community become real.

Last summer we closed on an 80 acre ranch located in Oasis Idaho. The photo at the left is the view of the Danskin Mountains toward the east. This view is priceless.

In addition to a quality horse facility, we also plan to have a dojo for our Kendo enthusiasts, chickens, an organic vegetable garden, cattle, a retreat center featuring our two tipis, a japanese garden and more.

Of course, there is much to do before these dreams are all realized. To the right is our very first round pen. See our new arena. It's a good improvement over the old smaller pen. And we have had such fun with our kids learning in this arena in kids camp. Someday, we'll have a very large arena as well as an indoor arena. As they say "poco a poco se crucen el mar." Little by little we cross the ocean.

Even though Dream River Ranch, like any ranch, is going to be a lot of hard work, we believe that working together in community we can make our vision come true. And this vision will work to spread good things, not only in our lives, but in the lives of all we touch through riding lessons, S.H.E. Therapy riding therapy, through our organic garden, through sharing our facilities and retreat center with others. And it will all be worth while.
